Our Recipe

What you will need

1 x small ceramic or glass ramekin

A handful of fresh blackberries

Blackberry Coulis

Kellys Cornish Ice cream

1 x Moist Mixed Berry Bar

Method 

Step one- Mix you berries and coulis in a pan over a low heat until fruit has softened and release its natural juices.

Step two- Transfer the hot mixture into your ramekin

Step Three- Crumble you get fruity moist mixed berry bar on top of the fruit and coulis mixture.

Step Four- Enjoy with a dollop of Kellys Cornish Ice cream
