With Christmas and New Year now behind us, the nights still dark and the weather a bit dreary; it can be hard to keep upbeat. Here at Get Fruity, we want to make those short, grey days a thing of the past. Try our top 5 recommendations and you’re sure to be feeling that spring in your step.

Plan a holiday

Research shows that going on holiday is key to creating happiness (we like the sound of that Mintel). Head to the spa, take a trip to the shops or simply visit friends for coffee. Get up and get outside!
